I am so amazed at the volume that has come from our garden this year. And, it just keeps producing. We have canned over 60 jars of pickles (great for bartering, I suppose) and lots of elderberry, grape and pear jellies and juices. Today, I am canning the salsa from the vegetables in the picture. What a great blessing!
